Proceedings - Submission of Papers

The deadline for submission of papers is December 1st, 2005. The proceedings of the TIME05 workshop will be published as a special edition of Nucl. Instr. & Methods A. Invited speakers who have given a 40'+10' minute presentation are invited to prepare papers consisting of 8-10 pages in length. Speakers who haven given a 20'+5' contributed presentation are invited to prepare papers of 4-5 pages. The papers must be prepared using the latex style files or word template supplied below. Latex paper production is preferred as it cannot be guaranteed that your Word formatting will be preserved in the printed version. For latex we require the .tex file (including any definitions) and .eps files for any figures you wish to include. For Word we require the .doc file incorporating any figures and in addition files of the incorporated figures (in a standard picture format such as .eps, .gif, .jpg) as we have to supply these separately to the journal.

Latex 2e class file

Latex 2.09 style file (elsart.sty)

Further assistance on using Latex for NIMA is available here.
